I have heard about muesli before but I used to think that it is some fancy shit that is not really nice. But then I went to Vietnam everything changed.
I went to the beach with my friend for a little picnic. My friend brought muesli, yogurt, and dragon fruit. And I brought guavas.

We sat on the beach on the towel she brought. That is when she taught me how to eat muesli. We took our yogurt which looked like the image below.

(I took this image from the internet and the yogurt looked similar, but the one we got was not from the same brand. The containers looked like this)
We had two of these things and muesli. I believe it had oats and stuff. She advised me to just mix them in the yogurt and have them that way (with a spoon lol). And that’s when everything changed lol. I loved it so much and I thanked her for introducing me to this.
When I came back to my home (in India), the first thing I did was order Muesli. I got a 1 Kg container because I was just too excited. And then I would just get some yogurt and mix it with the muesli.
I soon discovered that you can also add milk to it to make cereal. We used to have the cornflakes as a child. But not every day since it was an expensive item. For us, it was more like a treat.
So yeah, I added milk to it and I enjoyed it that way too.
And that is how I fell in love with something so simple as muesli. The sad thing is that I am not getting as much yogurt these days, so it is just sitting at my kitchen counter. But I do pop some in my mouth whenever I want. It has dried blueberries, bananas, and a bunch of seeds like pumpkin seeds and stuff. I like it.
I am open to a lot more stuff now when it comes to food and it makes me happy because who knows I fell in love with another thing.
